A meeting was held at the Diplomatic Academy under the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED) with the Director of the Diplomatic Academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye.

On October 13, 2025, UWED / IPMI hosted a scientific-practical conference titled “Strategic Vision of Uzbekistan and Turkey”, which brought together representatives of international expert and analytical circles.

During the forum, participants discussed key topics such as:
• “Uzbekistan–Turkey: New Horizons of Strategic Cooperation,”
• “Security, Connectivity, and Multilateral Relations among the Members of the Organization of Turkic States,”
• “Seeking a Path in a Fragmented World Order.”

As part of the event, meetings were also organized for foreign guests at relevant institutions and government bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In particular, on October 13, 2025, a meeting took place at the Diplomatic Academy under UWED with Mr. Mesut Özcan, Director of the Diplomatic Academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye.

During the discussion, the parties exchanged views on further deepening bilateral cooperation between the diplomatic academies of Uzbekistan and Türkiye, and explored prospects for implementing joint educational programs.

Special attention was also given to organizing a lecture on “Economic Diplomacy” for students and trainees of the Diplomatic Academy, holding joint scientific-practical events, and publishing a joint collection of academic articles.
