Rustam Ziyatovich Jumayev is an experienced specialist in the field of philosophy and political science. His professional activity spans over 40 years and includes teaching, research, and administrative work at leading educational institutions in Uzbekistan. Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including senior research associate and press secretary to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Rustam Ziyatovich has made significant contributions to the development of educational programs and scientific research, serving as a professor and head of departments at the Academy of State and Public Administration and the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies. Since September 2023, he has held the position of head of the Department of Applied Analysis of International Relations at the Diplomatic Academy at the UWED and starting in September 2024, he became the dean of the Faculty of Applied Diplomacy.
