From July 7 to July 11, 2025, the Diplomatic Academy at the UWED organized a free of charge short-term refresher course for employees of the State Unitary Enterprise “Uztextreyd” under the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the topic: “Fundamentals of Foreign Policy Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Diplomatic Protocol, Etiquette and Negotiation Process”.

During the training, students mastered theoretical and practical skills in such key areas as: diplomatic protocol and etiquette, theory and practice of conducting business correspondence, organizing diplomatic events, conducting negotiations, methods of analytical activities, as well as developing protocol programs for official visits.

On June 11, 2025, the Diplomatic Academy at the UWED, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan awarded certificates of completion of short-term courses to students who successfully completed the training.
