During the presentation held under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, proposals were discussed to optimize the areas of higher education, improve the admission and qualification system.
At the presentation to the President, held on May 6, proposals were discussed to optimize areas of study in higher education, improve admission and qualification systems.
Today, there are 306 bachelor's degree courses and 625 master's degree courses in the country's universities. However, some of them do not meet international standards and the requirements of the modern labor market. This creates certain difficulties in the formation of full-fledged qualifications for graduates and their employment.
In this regard, proposals have been put forward to revise the directions of bachelor's and master's degrees, as well as to open new directions in more popular areas based on the international classification of education and advanced foreign experience.
