On October 16, 2024, a meeting was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy between the Director of the Diplomatic Academy at UWED A. Khaydarov and the delegation of the College of Defense Management (CDM) of India, leaded by Commodore (Brigadier General) Prashant Dattatreya Shidhaye and Colonel Naveen Kumar Sharma. The discussion was also attended by members of the Diplomatic Academy I. Fayzullaev, D. Amanov, Z. Pulatkhodjaev, as well as representatives of the Institute of Advanced International Studies H. Boltaev and F. Dzhamalov and others.

During the dialogue, the guests were acquainted with the educational process at UWED and the Diplomatic Academy, as well as the research activities of the IAIS and its thematic and regional Centers.

The guests expressed interest to the modern Uzbek-Afghan relations, the matters of Kushtepa channel, challenges facing the young generation of the republic, and the issues of using artificial intelligence. Comprehensive answers were given to all the questions.

Overall, the discussion was held in a constructive spirit.
