The President of the Republic of Paraguay Santiago Peña, will pay an official visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan on December 11-13. 

In accordance with the program of his stay in Tashkent, high-level negotiations will be held to discuss the prospects for the development of Uzbek-Paraguayan cooperation in the political, trade, economic, and cultural-humanitarian spheres.

Particular attention will be paid to establishing practical cooperation in agriculture, food and chemical industries, digitalization, tourism, and sports.

The Paraguayan leader will also take part in the General Assembly of the International Automobile Federation and the award ceremony for the winners of the championships held under the auspices of the federation.
