On March 18, 2026, the Diplomatic Academy under the University of World Economy and Diplomacy held its first online meeting with the Head of the French Diplomatic Academy, Mr. Didier Le Bret.

The meeting was aimed at establishing cooperation between the diplomatic educational institutions of the two countries, exchanging experience, and discussing перспективные joint projects.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the training of diplomatic personnel, educational programs, research areas, and current trends in international relations. The sides expressed their readiness to begin drafting a memorandum of cooperation, as well as to consider the possibility of organizing joint seminars, training sessions, and academic exchange programs for students and participants.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to continue dialogue on specific areas, including conducting joint research, developing educational courses, and implementing experience exchange programs, as well as maintaining further contacts on the issues discussed.
