On April 27, 2026, the Third International Conference titled “Heart Diplomacy” commenced its work in the city of Tashkent. This prestigious event has been organized by the Baskerville Institute in cooperation with the Youth Union of Uzbekistan, with the participation of several academic and cultural institutions from the U.S. state of Utah.
